The philosophy of the concept of Istrian Culinaris is devotion to preserving Istrian traditions, trying to restore traditional dishes to menus and provide guests with unforgettable experiences they will be happy to recall.

The ingredients we use in the restaurant come from our garden or local suppliers who deal with organic farming. Keeping together with the producers we can keep track of and use the freshest seasonal foods offered to us in the neighbourhood. All our dishes have the freshness of the sea which we are surrounded by and the scents of various spices that our peninsula abounds.
